How to Get Gems in Chop A Forest: Social Reward & Daily Rewards

Gems in Chop A Forest come from a one-time like-and-join social reward and a repeatable daily rewards panel. Here's how to claim both — and what the Robux gem packs offer.

Gems are Chop A Forest's upgrade currency — the game's own description tells you to collect gems to unlock permanent upgrades, and they sit outside the coin loop that buys axes and gear. Two in-game rewards pay them: a one-time social reward for liking the game and joining the developer's group, and the daily rewards panel you can keep claiming.

Claim the like-and-join social reward (one time)

The game hands out a social reward when you like its page and join the developer's community. Both actions are required, and both happen on the game's Roblox page rather than inside the game:

  1. Leave Chop A Forest and open the game's page on Roblox.
  2. Click Like on the game's page.
  3. Scroll down, click Developer, and join the community/group.
  4. Rejoin the game as normal and click the reward claim inside the game.

One walkthrough names the payout as 180 gems for liking the game and joining the group. Once you've done both actions, the claim shows as finished — the in-game button read "I already did this" — so this is a claim you complete once, not a source you cycle like the daily panel.

The same walkthrough demonstrates the like-and-join steps on screen:

Keep claiming the daily rewards panel

The daily rewards panel sits in the same menu as the social claim and is the repeatable gem source. Claim what's on offer whenever you play: the panel listed values of 32, 25 and 35, and these rewards pay gems and coins together, so treat them as a mixed-currency top-up rather than a fixed gem amount per tier.

The panel refreshes on a timer the walkthrough puts at every 6 hours. If that holds, it adds up to four claims a day — but the walkthrough only shows one cycle, so treat the 6-hour rhythm as the claimed cadence rather than a confirmed schedule.

How gems differ from coins

Chop A Forest runs two separate currency loops. Coins come from selling wood at the sawmill and buy gear such as powerful axes — see how to get coins and how to sell logs. Gems are collected separately and unlock permanent upgrades, which is why both reward claims above are worth doing even while you're mid-chopping. For where gems fit in the bigger picture, the progression guide covers the full path.

Buying gems with Robux

The game's Roblox developer products have also listed gem packs — 100 Gems for 24 Robux, 400 Gems for 56 Robux and a Large Gem Pack for 160 Robux. These are purchases, not an earning route, and the lineup and prices can change.
